Construction Bootcamp Training Cohort

Description

This 4-week long training program is a registered pre-apprenticeship. Learn the technical skills needed to begin a career in construction trades through a mix of hands-on training and classroom instruction.

Cohort participants will earn OSHA-10 Safety, forklift operator, and flagger certifications.

The cohort concludes with a hiring event. Our goal is to connect cohort participants directly with employment upon completion of training.

The Olympia Career Hub offers this training at no cost to Olympia residents and members of the Squaxin Island Tribe. Participants may be eligible to receive additional support services and stipends during training.

The Olympia Career Hub is funded by the City of Olympia and sponsored by the Thurston County Chamber of Commerce.
