Check-In Crew: Welcome guests, VIPs, volunteers, and vendors as they arrive by checking in ticketed guests, selling tickets, stamping hands, applying bracelets, and assisting with volunteer and vendor check-in. This role is ideal for friendly, organized volunteers who enjoy interacting with people.
Beverage Sales/ID Check/Info Crew: Help guests purchase beverage tickets, check IDs, and provide event information as needed. Volunteers in this role will also answer questions, direct attendees, and help keep the beverage sales area organized. Volunteers for this role must be 21+.
Bartending Crew: Support beverage service during the event by serving drinks, checking IDs as needed, and keeping the bar area stocked and organized. Volunteers for this role must be 21+ and MAST 12 certified.
Set Up Crew: Help get the event space ready before guests arrive by setting up tables, tents, signage, supplies, and other event materials. This role is great for people who like hands-on work and don’t mind a little lifting. Must be able to lift more than 50 lbs.
Breakdown Crew: Help clean up and break down the event site after the event ends, including packing supplies, removing signage, taking down equipment, and leaving the space in good condition. Must be able to lift more than 50 lbs.
Tidy Up Crew: Help keep the event area clean and welcoming by monitoring trash and recycling during the event. Must be able to lift more than 50 lbs.
Green Room Crew: Monitor access to the Green Room and Volunteer tents to ensure only approved performers, staff, volunteers, or guests enter these areas. This role helps keep private and operational spaces secure and organized.
