DESCRIPTION:TOGETHER! is excited to announce the Expanding Your Horizons Thurston County (EYH) Conference will take place on Saturday\, March 15\, 2024\, at South Puget Sound Community College! This annual event\, now organized by TOGETHER!\, continues to inspire and empower the next generation of women and non-binary youth interested in STEM fields. \nFor over 35 years\, Expanding Your Horizons has been dedicated to advancing representation of women\, and more recently women of color and nonbinary people\, in STEM. The conference features keynote speakers and hands-on workshops led by QTBIPOC women who are leaders in their respective fields. Thurston EYH attracts students from a wide region\, including Thurston\, Mason\, Grays Harbor\, Pacific\, and Pierce counties and beyond. The event is specifically designed for girls\, and trans and non-binary youth of all genders\, in grades 6 8 who are curious about science\, technology\, engineering\, arts and math. \nReach out to us at eyh@watogether.org today!
