Homebuyer Education Class

Come learn all about the homebuying process. We are holding a comprehensive class that is sponsored by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. We will have a realtor, lender, insurance agent, title and escrow and home inspector. At the end of the class you earn a certificate that could help you qualify for down payment assistance programs.
